1. Order Processing

All units from the DSOUL ARCHIVE are processed with technical precision. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment validation. Express orders receive priority handling.

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We provide tracked shipping from our headquarters in Denmark to the following regions:

• Standard (Denmark): 50 DKK

• Express (Denmark): 169 DKK

• European Union (EU): 150 DKK

• Rest of the World: 299 DKK

 

 

3. Delivery Estimates

• Standard Denmark: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

• Express Denmark: Next business day delivery (Priority processing).

• Europe: 5-10 business days after dispatch.

• International: 10-20 business days (subject to local customs processing).

 

 

4. Tracking & Verification

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a digital confirmation containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the logistical progress of your unit until it reaches its final destination.

 

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• EU Customers: Prices include Danish VAT (MOMS). No additional customs duties apply within the European Union.

• Non-EU Customers: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

6. Shipping Liabilities

DSOUL ARCHIVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will provide all necessary tracking information for the customer to investigate with the carrier.
