Archival Status & Final Sale

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our drops, DSOUL ARCHIVE operates under a strict return protocol. Each piece is a technical staple, thoroughly inspected for quality before dispatch from our headquarters in Denmark.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only authorized for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. To be eligible, the item must meet the following archival standards:

• The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

• All original tags, technical packaging, and accessories must be intact.

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

 

The Process

1. Notification: Contact our support team at dsoulgroupinc@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect.

2. Review: Our team will review the claim within 48–72 hours.

3. Authorization: If approved, you will receive instructions for the return shipment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.

 

 

Refunds

Once the item is received and passes our final inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. DSOUL GROUP reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our technical standards.
